Coffee Bags:
Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any coffee bags once the seal has been broken. This policy helps us ensure that every guest receives coffee at its peak freshness and quality.
If your coffee bag arrives damaged or you believe you got the wrong order, please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase. We’re happy to work with you to make things right.
